For years, St. Vincent Charity Medical Center has had a float in the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade. Our fearless crew, led by surgical nurse Christopher Dillon and his mom and ER nurse Eileen Dillon, braved the cold and wind to march once again in the 146th parade.
