St. Vincent to receive $2M as part of Cuyahoga County opioid lawsuit settlement

St. Vincent Charity Medical Center is receiving $2M as a result of a settlement with several drug makers. Cuyahoga and Summit counties are receiving $23M to put toward programs to fight opioid addiction.
