2013-2016 Community Health Needs Assessment Implementation Plan
The Community Health Needs Assessment Implementation Plan keeps us in compliance with IRS regulations and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010. Through this process, we defined priority health issues that St. Vincent Charity will address. This process allows us to focus our resources toward prevention, education, wellness and outreach that will have the greatest impact on the community we serve.
