Cuyahoga County Announces Phase One of Opioid Crisis Mitigation Plan, including $2M to St. Vincent’s Rosary Hall

County Executive Armond Budish and Council President Dan Brady today announced Phase One of the Cuyahoga County Opioid Crisis Mitigation Plan. Cuyahoga and Summit Counties have so far secured four settlements totaling $61 million for the two counties. Cuyahoga County has received approximately $23 million of the settlement funding. Statement from St. Vincent Charity Medical Center as it joins national prescription opioid litigation

St. Vincent Charity Medical Center, including Rosary Hall Addiction Treatment Center, filed as a plaintiff in a lawsuit against the manufacturers, distributors and retailers of prescription opioids in an effort to bring additional resources to the hospital and our community in order to strengthen our ability to save more lives and help more people in response to this crisis.
