Radiology
The Radiology Department provides patients a full range of services including CAT scans, ultrasounds and mammography. We also have a mobile MRI that is available from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. This new unit allows for more advanced procedure capabilities, including Magnetic Resonance Cholangiopancreatography, Contrast Enhance Magnetic Resonance Angiography and Renal MRA.
Our Radiology Department also provides nuclear medicine. Nuclear medicine utilizes radionuclide injections so that a certain area of the body can be scanned to detect abnormalities.
Using PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications System), 100 percent digital, filmless environment, we are able to improve patient care by providing physicians with more timely access to patient reports resulting in more accurate diagnosis and improved treatment plans.
