Steps To Becoming a Circle of Caring Member

Individuals who join the Circle of Caring will initially meet for a one-on-one consultation with an endocrinologist and/or a certified diabetes educator. Next, new members participate in Steps to Success, an intensive educational series that provides a basic understanding of diabetes, blood glucose monitoring, nutrition, fitness, medications and preventative care. Once members complete Steps to Success, they may decide to enroll in a variety of diabetes self-management education courses.
