Cuyahoga Physician Network (CPN), in association with St. John Medical Center and St. Vincent Charity Medical Center, is dedicated to providing quality, faith-based medical services within community neighborhoods. We serve those communities by offering compassionate and professional care, respecting the dignity of all persons, with sensitivity to cultural and ethnic diversity, and supported through convenient accessibility to all persons, regardless of their ability to pay.

A multispecialty physician practice group, CPN employs 30 physicians in 15 office locations around Greater Cleveland.
