When You Arrive At The Hospital

When you arrive, volunteer greeters will direct you to the correct registration area. At the registration desk, the admissions representative will ask to see your insurance cards and identification, and will ask you some specific questions during a short interview. While medical emergencies may slow down this process, the representatives will try to help you as quickly as possible.

Our admissions office is open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, Sunday and holidays (except Christmas). After these hours, you will be admitted through the Emergency Department or by the Nursing Supervisor.
