"My wife and I live downtown in the Warehouse District with our very energetic and very accident prone 2 year old daughter. We made yet another trip to your emergency room today after she fell and hit the back of her head on the corner of the kitchen cabinet. I wanted to say what an asset your hospital is to downtown Cleveland. Not only has the care been top notch but the time it takes to get in & out of the emergency room is unbelievably quick. Unfortunately between my wife and daughter, this makes our fourth trip to the emergency room in the last 18 months. Every staff member in the ER department exceeds what one expects in a busy emergency room in both professionalism and kindness and I wanted to take the time to say so. My room felt like a hotel suite
"Last Tuesday I was admitted to your hospital after having surgery done on my hip by Dr. Keppler. I wanted to say that I was very impressed with your facility and staff. My room didn't feel like a hospital room... it was more like a hotel suite. Beautifully done! I was very comfortable. Also, I loved all my nurses! The nurse I had in the middle of the night... I think her name was Rosalie, was fabulous. Also, my day nurse, who was with me from 7am till I left at 6pm, Wednesday, was also fabulous! She had a way of developing a rapport with me, as I'm sure she does with others, as well. She reminded me so much of my Godmother. She was so helpful with everything. Anyway, she is my hero!
Also, since it was Ash Wednesday, it was great that the priest was there for me to receive my ashes, since I was unable to attend Ash Wednesday Services. I also received communion later on in the day. I didn't realize that was part of the services you offer.
My Doctor is the best, too! Dr. Keppler is one of a kind! He is high on my list of the best people I will ever know! You are very lucky to have him as part of your physician staff!
