Today, St. Vincent Charity Hospital is a 480-bed inpatient and outpatient healthcare facility with many Centers of Excellence, and a full range of medical and surgical services. St. Vincent Charity Hospital is jointly owned by the Sisters of Charity Health System and University Hospitals.

Ownership and Affiliations

St. Vincent Charity Hospital and St. John West Shore Hospital in Westlake are part of UHHS/CSAHS-Cuyahoga, Inc., a 50/50 tax-exempt corporation formed between the Sisters of Charity Health System and University Hospitals in June 1999. Cuyahoga Physician Network (CPN), West Shore Primary Care and Professional Medical Equipment are also wholly owned subsidiaries of UHHS/CSAHS-Cuyahoga, Inc.
